You can quickly create a map from a series of photos that you take with your camera. In Camera mode, each photo you take becomes a topic on your map. As you take pictures, you can enter text for each photo-topic, edit it, or discard it. You can create a new map from the camera, or use camera mode to add new photo-topics to an existing map.
To create a new map from the camera:
On the title screen top navigation bar, touch the location for the new map: Device, the name of the Mindjet Account, Box or Dropbox.
Hints:
If a location you want
to use (Mindjet Account, Box, Dropbox, or Device) is not shown, use the
Storage Settings to enable
access.
To add photo-topics to an existing map:
If you are creating a new map from the camera, all the photo-topics you
create will be added to your map as main (first-level) topics.
If
you are adding topics to an existing map, tap the level indicator at upper
right to add these new topics as:
subtopics (level below) of the
currently-selected map topic
siblings (same level) of the
currently selected map topic.
You can change this at any time during
the camera session. Your choice is not applied until you exit camera mode.
- To change the topic's text, enter your text at the top of the screen. (You can also double-tap the topic later to change its text.)
- On the bottom toolbar tap to edit the photo in a photo editor app.
- Tap to discard this photo.
- Tap to return to camera mode to take more pictures, or tap to exit camera mode and view the map.
- Swipe the photo right or left to go to the next or previous photo in this session.
