Creating tasks

 You can send any topic on your map to Mindjet Tasks to create a new task. You can choose to send only the which task list to add it to, and assign task properties. This feature is only available on maps stored online in Mindjet Files.

To create a new task from a topic:

1. Tap the topic, then .
2. In the dialog, set the task attributes, and choose which subtopics you also want to send.
   If you don't assign the task to someone, it will automatically be assigned to you.
   If you don't choose a task list, it will be sent to your general list.
3. Tap Send to Mindjet Tasks.

On your map the topic will display the Tasks icon and show the task assignee, and the task's progress icon.

If you change the progress icon on your map, the task's progress will be updated in Mindjet Tasks.

When you select a Tasks topic on your map, buttons at the top of the screen let you Edit the task, Refresh it, or view the task in the Mindjet Tasks app.
