Instant Meeting Window

The Instant Meeting window displays the screen of  the participant who is currently in Show mode. When you are in Show mode the Instant Meeting window closes on your system so you can display other applications.

The Instant Meeting window operates like a normal window but provides additional functions.

Menu that provides access to Zoom, Autoscroll, and Fixed-aspect ration functions for adjusting the view of the Instant Meeting window

  • The Zoom function adjusts the shared screen's size to fill the Instant Meeting window. Otherwise the screen is shown at actual size.

  • If you are not using the Zoom function the screen may need more room than the Instant Meeting window provides on your system. Enable Autoscroll to scroll the screen automatically.

  • If the Fixed aspect ratio option is checked, the aspect ratio of the shared screen will not be changed when shown in the Instant Meeting window. If the shared screen does not fill the Instant Meeting window, you will see black areas at the top and bottom or at the left and right.

Name of the meeting member who is currently showing his screen.

You currently have remote-control rights.

Switch to full-screen mode. The full-screen bar appears at the top of the window to provide access necessary window functions.

After a few seconds, the full-screen bar folds up and is no longer visible. To display it again move your mouse to the center / top edge of the screen.

  • In full-screen mode the Instant Meeting window will cover your system's taskbar.

Minimize the Instant Meeting window to the taskbar

Reduce/maximize the Instant Meeting window.

Exit the Instant Meeting.
