Both the moderator and the participants see the Meeting Control window with the Mini-panel or Clip attached.
This window allows the moderator to control the meeting by granting show rights and remote control rights. The Meeting Control window functions are divided into "panels" that can be expanded or collapsed.
To open or close a panel, click on its title bar.

You can position the window to concentrate completely on the application that you are currently editing yet still have ready access to the Meeting Control window.
To extend or retract the window, click
on the Mini-panel, or use the buttons in the upper area of the window.
The Meeting Control window often covers the buttons for minimizing, reducing, and closing a window below it. But, if you move your mouse to the upper right corner, the Meeting Control window will slide down so you can access these buttons.
To position the Meeting Control window on the right or left side of your screen, right-click on the Instant Meeting icon in the system tray or the Mini-panel, then click Window from left or Window from right.
