Monitor functions

When you are in Show mode, the Monitor panel shows a miniaturized version of your screen as it appears to other participants. This view can help you organize your screen for sharing by arranging Windows, closing windows, and adjusting the  Application selection settings.

You can choose to share your current screen in real time, or just a still picture of it.

Share a still image

To temporarily interrupt sharing of the screen, you can switch to a still image. Your screen will then be frozen on the other meeting participants' computers.

• Click Pause ||  to share a still image of your current screen with  meeting participants.

• Click on the arrow button to resume sharing your current screen..
