Filter topics by properties

This Power Filter option is available in the Mindjet MindManager Pro version only.

The Power Filter command lets you filter a set of topics based on their properties. You can choose to:

Show only those topics that match the criteria (hides non-matching topics)
or
Hide topics that match the criteria (shows only non- matching topics).

Hint: If you want to select topics based on their properties use the Power Select command

To start the Power Filter command:

• Click - Power Filter

To filter topics:

1. Choose the property type and specify your match criteria. Note that you can select a combination of properties from different categories.

2. Click Filter and choose Hide Matching Topics or Show Matching Topics.

Hint: Filtering is cumulative. If you add more topics to the map or you want to further refine your view of the map you can select additional topics and choose Filter again to filter the remaining visible topics.

When a filter is active the button appears and you can see the number of hidden topics by placing the cursor over the button at any time.
