Sometimes you may want to use a current task list as a template for other task lists. Task list templates allow you to duplicate members, tasks, posts, and attachments.
In the Task List panel, click

to the right of the Report button.
Click Create Template.
A window opens that allows you select how the template is created. You can chose the template name, whether to duplicate task list members, posts, and tasks, and which task options to be used in the template.
Chose the options you want and click Create Template.
The task list template will now appear in the Templates section of your Task Lists panel.
Open the Task Lists panel by clicking the Task Lists section title.
In the panel, open the Templates section.
Select the template you want to use and click Create New.
A new Task List is created that uses the task list template's name.
To change that name, click the task list's title and in the task list panel, enter a new one.
Note: this creates an independent task list, not associated with any project.
Open the Task Lists panel by clicking the Projects section title.
Open the Templates section.
Select the template you want to delete and click X.
