Shows the date and time when the file was created.

Modified

Shows the date and time when the file was last modified.

Accessed

Shows the date and time when the file was last accessed.

Printed

Shows the date and time when the file was last printed.

Created by

Shows the name of the person who created this file. This field is set to the user name from Options when a new file is created.

Last saved by

Shows the name of the person who saved the file the last time. Taken from Options.

Revision number

This is the document version number. Each time the document is saved, the version number is increased by 1. You can edit the revision number here. To display the Revision Number and Modification Date in the central topic use the Show / Hide command.
