Save a style template

Once you have created a map, you can save its style settings in a separate file using the Style Template Organizer. This is the easiest method, and it helps keep your styles organized.

If you want to save a style in a different folder or to a Mindjet Connect workspace (to make it available to other people, for example) you can use the Save As command instead.

Save the current map's style

  1. Click the MindManager Button , click the  Save As arrow, and then click MindManager Map Style.

  2. In the Save As dialog, choose a Save in location, enter the File name, then click Save.

  3. If this is a new style, you may see the Properties Summary page where you can enter comments and other information about the style. When you click OK, the style is saved.

Mindjet Connect - You can save a style to a workspace by choosing Workspaces as the Save in location, then selecting a workspace.

If you save the style to a workspace, you'll continue working on the original document after you save.  Any changes you make will only affect the original and not the new  style.
