Once you have created a map, you can save its style settings in a separate file using the Style Template Organizer. This is the easiest method, and it helps keep your styles organized.
If you want to save a style in a different folder or to a Mindjet Connect workspace (to make it available to other people, for example) you can use the Save As command instead.
Click
the MindManager Button
, click the Save
As arrow, and then click MindManager
Map Style.
In the Save As dialog, choose a Save in location, enter the File name, then click Save.
If this is a new style, you may see the Properties Summary page where you can enter comments and other information about the style. When you click OK, the style is saved.
Mindjet Connect - You can save a style to a workspace by choosing Workspaces as the Save in location, then selecting a workspace.
If you save the style to a workspace, you'll continue working on the original document after you save. Any changes you make will only affect the original and not the new style.
Style templates
cannot be applied directly from workspace
files.
Style templates in workspaces can be edited
like other workspace files.
