The Microsoft PowerPoint Export command can be used to:
Export the entire map to create a new multi-slide presentation.
Export selected topics to be added to an existing presentation.
Export the whole map as a single slide.
When you begin the PowerPoint presentation export, MindManager will prompt you for some Export Format Settings. MindManager's default slide layouts are optimized to eliminate duplicating topics on multiple slides. You can choose to have multi-level topics represented as PowerPoint objects instead of bulleted text by default.
From the export dialog, you can choose to preview and format your slides first, or perform the export immediately using the automatic topic layouts. You can use the format settings for individual slides to adjust the layout of text or export topics as PowerPoint objects.
When exporting the map to single slide, a new presentation is created with one slide that displays the map as a group of PowerPoint objects.
On export, MindManager communicates directly with PowerPoint instructing it to build a presentation. You can edit the resulting presentation in PowerPoint. But remember, those changes will not be reflected in the MindManager map, and if you re-export the map these changes will be lost.
Open the map.
Only visible topics are exported. This means you can apply a filter to hide topics you don't want to include in the presentation.
