From a map:
Select one or more topics on the map and click Create Tasks on the mapping ribbon.
Click Send to create a Task from the map topic and send it to your My Tasks panel in Task View. You can then assign the task to a project's Task List.
New tasks or task updates entered on a map are synced automatically.
You can access your tasks from the Task list panel for the list the task belongs to, from the assignee's User Panel, by doing a search, and from the Projects view Tasks column. When you click a task in one of these places, it opens the Task window where you can set and change the following:
task name
time (estimate and actual)
blocking for tasks that must be completed before this task and tasks that cannot be started until this task is finished
You can also add comments and attachments, and view the task's history
Note: Each task just needs a name and an assignee—other fields are optional.
Tasks are saved automatically. To close the task, click
at the top right corner.
